Furniture Care & Maintenance Instructions
- Premium Finish: Our furniture comes with a premium-quality finish that does not require regular polishing.
- Protective Covering: We recommend using a tablecloth or a thick, high-quality protective cloth on dining tables and other furniture surfaces that are subject to frequent or heavy use.
- Regular Cleaning: Clean your furniture regularly to maintain its beauty and durability. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surfaces. Avoid using rough cloths or applying excessive pressure, as this may cause minor scratches on the wood.
- Protection from Heat and Cold: Avoid placing hot or cold items directly on furniture surfaces. Always use suitable heat-resistant mats, hot pads, or coasters to protect the wood. Extremely hot items, such as tawas or baking dishes, should never be placed on wooden surfaces, even when using a hot pad, as excessive heat may damage the finish.

However, Ganpati Arts will make every possible effort to ensure timely delivery and keep customers informed about the order status.
- Warranty Claims for Customised Products: If a customer raises a valid warranty claim within the applicable warranty period, Ganpati Arts will arrange for the customised product to be picked up for inspection, repair, or replacement, as applicable. Customers praised this solid Sheesham wood hydraulic storage bed for its "excellent quality," sturdiness, and "good value for money." The hydraulic mechanism and ample storage capacity were highlighted positively. However, issues noted include delivery delays, assembly difficulties, inconsistent finishing/polishing, hydraulic stiffness, and weak plywood quality in some cases.
S
Qiality of the bed is good. Fabric colour differs in reality than what was shown online.
R
Mostly good. Had some issues with delivery. But I am still getting new wood paint smell. Maybe better quality wood paint/polish should be used!

I had a tough time for installation and apart, the product is exceptional for 33k. Wood at outset is good.Good for small bedrooms like mine to save up space and look wonderful
r
Bed body is good but top and bottom poly is very cheap and weak material and hydraulic is not comfortable to open and close

Built is strong, but the headrest is quite small… when u sit it would just cover your lower back…the hydraulic system is bad… not smooth at all.. u can not open it one handed, need 2 people to pull it
R
Great product and prompt service
a
hydraulic bed made of Sheesham wood is an excellent choice for those looking for a combination of elegance, functionality, and durability. It offers a timeless look and practical storage solutions, making it well worth the investment. However, be prepared for the initial cost and the weight, which can make handling more challenging.
