I purchased this Bedside Table and earlier got a faulty piece earlier. They sent their person to rectify but would not do.so. Ganpati Arts replaced and shipped a new one at their cost.
What i want to emphasize here is that Ganpati Arts take customer feedback and complaints seriously. Mr. Bhawani responds immediately and takes action. I also purchased a double bed with a bed side table and both are of excellent. They do not compromise on quality and customer service.
