1. Product Eligibility
Cash on Delivery is not available for all items. This option will only be visible at product page for eligible products. If your cart contains a mix of eligible and ineligible items, the COD option may be restricted.
2. Partial Payment Requirement
To confirm a COD order, a partial payment of 40% of the total order value must be paid upfront.
Initial Payment: 40% paid at the time of placing the order.
Remaining Balance: 60% to be paid at the time of delivery before accepting the package.
3. Verification & Shipping Process
Once you place a COD request, our team will contact you and provide a secure payment link for the 40% partial payment.
Your order will only be processed after this payment is confirmed.
4. Final Delivery & Clearance
To ensure a smooth delivery experience:
Once the remaining balance is cleared by the customer via the provided link, we guarantee delivery within 24 hours of payment clearance.
Our team will proactively share the necessary payment links to avoid any delivery delays.
5. Cancellation & Non-Acceptance Policy
Because these orders involve specific logistics and processing:
No Cancellations: Once the partial payment is made and the order is processed, cancellations are not accepted.
Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to accept the delivery at the doorstep, a shipping and handling fee equal to 25% of the total order value will be deducted from the initial 40% deposit. The remaining balance (if any) will be issued as a store credit or refund.
