The gap between floor and bed was very less, we have to fix additional extension so that floor can be cleared. Also we have to polish wooden extension to match the colour.Single wooden cover is of no use as lt is very heavy. I had to get it cut into three parts, fix the hinge and latch to make it use ful. This modifications cost me additional Rs 2500 extra.Overall very good quality and l am very much satisfied. However you can make it better by modifying the design as suggested by me.

Edit:All the below issues are fixed by them by providing appropriate replacement and they arranged even the support person for fixing it free of cost. Now, there is no issues at all. Thank You Ganpati Arts.The hydraulic holder is not strong enough and it is broken now within one month. Attached the picture. We have opened it just for 5 times. The wood is like wet and so the bed is getting fungus which is black in colour. Please don't go for hydraulic which is waste of money. Not satisfied with the Ganpati Arts product. I feel engineered wood itself will be good with either drawer storage or box storage.

Product was delivered as per the date mentioned and next day carpenter came and assembled nicely.

The queen-size Bed came box-packed and was safely delivered. The box is very heavy so best to get it unloaded at the assembly area. An assembly carpenter was not available for my location so hired a local guy to get it set up. Ganpati Arts team will say they will reimburse it. Overall the bed is strong and feels premium, especially the upholstered headboard. The wood finish I ordered was walnut but mine looks a bit mahogany ( red). Delivered in said time and a very good quality product from Ganpati Arts - thanks.

Quality is up to the mark like advertised, delivery was good in time it takes about 2 to 3 weeks - properly packed and there was no damage through transit. Bed was assembled after 2 days of delivery but the top board was not closing properly for which professional carpenter has to come and cut the extra width, seller took two weeks of time to send carpenter to fix top board issue which created lot of inconvenience to handle without using the bed at home.King size bed with hydraulics storage needs at least two or more people to assemble its very heavy product and Amazon mentions it as (DIY- Do It -Yourself) we pay around 45 k to buy a product online and set it up ourselves doesn't make any sense. Had to call up Amazon customer service and request for installation seller by reminding them its heavy product and need installation and then they setup technician visit.Bed has good quality plywood on top and MDF board in bottom, frame and headboard is made out of Sheesham wood with good finishing and polish. Headboard has sufficient cushion and overall its good product to buy online but need hell lot of patience until its setup for use.Ganapati Arts provides good service for their customers in some case it could get delayed but provide service. In my case it got delayed but helped me to get the issues fixed.

Good product quality and helpful customer care services provided by the Seller(Ganpati Arts). Very next day the installation was done by the carpenter, who was very skillful. The hydraulic part used is from Hafele and the mattress support board is plywood and not MDF.
