Sofa is sturdy and nice. Finishing is too good. First we got one sofa whose finishing is very bad. Then we contacted the seller, he agreed for replacement and we got the other one that was too good. Seller helps a lot in this process. We recommend to go with product as it's service and product both are good.

We required a 2nd bed for our 1BHK apartment. Sofa cum bed was the only option left for us. After lot of research we finalised on this product made of solid sheesham wood and assembly process was relatively simple. Once the bed is unveiled to our surprise even with 3 piece mattress the bed as absolutely flat and firm to our liking. Definitely it’s recommended for compact homes where 2nd bed is needed but having space constrain.

Excellent product. Looks amazing. Fortunately the lift was big enough to accommodate this as it was pre-assembled. It enhances the beauty of living room. Infact I am planning to sell my old single sofas and replacing them with similar single sofas. Seller is also good and followed up the delivery process. Just one problem which I feel is that its not comfortable for sleeping as the mattresses are not aligned properly. So you need to put one big single mattress on top of it if you are planning to use it for sleeping as well. But in our case, we will barely use it for sleeping so no issues.

Good product for the price and the product was delivered pre assemble from the seller which can be a advantage or disadvantage depending on the person to person, For me it was a disadvantage as I live on the 4th floor the delivery guy had to lift & carry the entire sofa cum bed through stairs and deliver it to my home since it was a extra work for the delivery guys I had to pay them ₹1000 but after a short conversation with The manager at Ganpati Arts they Refunded ₹1000 through AmazonThe cushion set that was delivered with the product is on the harder that normal but considering the price it's ok, you might have to make the cushion later on depending on your preferenceOverall god experience the staff is also helpfulIn case of any support

Excpet for sliding smoothness and cushion quality. The build quality and ashtetics of woodden parts is superp. Also assemply guidence not given properly. Very small but effective errors , rest over all product experience is good.

The design and finish of the work is good. I like the side space to keep papers and documents .For my Guest Bedroom it’s so convenient to shift to bed or sofa within minutes.

Product build quality is very good. Very good option for small places. One suggestion only if possible increase storage space.

I bought this sofa I’m bed , but onassembly , the bed was separating from the sofa.I called Ganapathi Arts and they arranged for a carpenter to come and solve the problem and paid for the carpenter. The customer service was very good and problem was solved. I have given 4 stars because sometimes on pulling out the bed or putting it back , it gets stuck. But customer service was very good.

Good wood but fabrics could have been little better towards rich cotton side and the MDF boards too.Delivery was a real challenge initially but the seller managed it well with the Delhivery agent in the end.

Delivery was ahead of time. Quality is good for the price. Only concern we had is as per seller there would be a person arrange for the fitting (since we requested for it as it was elderly people). But apart from this The seller was very responsive and guided the members whom we had arranged to help with the fitting. Ideally it's kit complicated to fit but not a ln easy one for all . This is the only reason for reducing a star. Apart from this we were quite happy and satisfied. Appreciate the seller support for delivering ahead of time and post delivery support.

I initially received a defective piece, but the replacement process was smooth and hassle-free. Now, the new sofa cum bed is perfect—very comfortable, sturdy, and exactly as described. It serves well both as a sofa and a bed, making it a great space-saving solution. Highly satisfied with the product and customer service!
