We bought this product “blind” just by looking at the photos and reviews. It turned out to be beyond our expectations. First of all the product arrived in record time that too just before Diwali. Packing was superb. I asked the carpenter who assembled it and he confirmed it’s made of top quality wood, will easily last for decades. Product looks exactly as is shown and the hydraulic system works beautifully. All in all an extremely satisfactory buy.

The product quality is too good and very durable ..Packaging was good .. The best part the seller will contact you w.r.t delivery update , any delay will be well communicated to you.. I would like to Thanks Prerit Poddar who called and updated me w.r.t Bed delivery. date.. They are a phone call away if you need any help.. I was also looking for assembly of the bed which they arranged from Urban Clap and they only paid for it.. I am using Amazon from past 8 years but 1st time i had such a nice experience from this Seller.. They will come for Video call also if in case there is any bed installation doubt from mechanics .. In my case the Urban Clap mechanic was little confused for assembly , i Called Prerit and he arranged a video call and well explained mechanic on how to fix it... If any material is damage they will replace immediately ..Finally a new item added to my home which making my home so elegant and beautiful... Very Happy with product and Seller

While selecting a new Set of Cot for my new House, Explored multiple sources - Online as well as Offline. However, sometimes design meets the choice but not the budget and vice-versa. Also considering my house being outside the city limits, it was also very challenging for delivery of the product to my location. Main body of bed is made of shesham wood but bottom sheet (storage bottom) and top sheet (on which mattress is lying) is made of plywood. Hydrolic suspension works perfect and for opening, closing you need proper strength. For installation you need help from carpenter as parts are really heavy. Overall good quality product.Only drawback is edges of bed (end opposite to head rest) as seen in the bottom of second picture can seriously hurt your leg and you need to cover it with some foam or cushion it.

My first dispatch had severe damages during the transit. I had to share them the photos and concerns asking for a replacement.They acknowledged the damages, accepted the replacement even before return pick up. Within 10 days, I have received the item this time more or less in acceptable condition. Scratches, small dents and edge chipped etc.. aren't avoidable and people who want a perfect bed without compromise should better avoid buying it.The pain started there after. The bed squeeks which is surprising for a solid wooden bed. Until today 23rd December 2022, they haven't sent a carpenter. All that I kept hearing is we will send our carpenter.Another issue was the replacement bed was picked up after 40 days post repeated follow up with them. They did have an issue with the courier company but still it was a big inconvenience holding such large items in house. Finally they picked up the bed about which I am satisfied.Overall a good looking bed, but I had to compromise with the transit damages willingly though. The saddest part is not having a carpenter from them Inspite of being a caretaker for their return item for such a long time.Overall, I am not sure if one should buy such items online considering the helplessness that may occur due to damages, installations and returns. Further the bed is pricier than the competition that's available from Amazon itself.As such the seller seems to be cooperating initially but not so encouraging during the later part of the purchase needs.I will update the review once my service needs are attended, if at all it happens.

The bed is sturdy and was easy to assemble. Head portion was initially supplied with two pieces of wood and looking unstable and weak. On raising the concern, they replaced the entire head portion.No assistance though was provided for bed assembly.

The bed looks solid. Had some back board transit damages, which were resolved by the seller. Thanks for the resolution team on replacing the back board. Would recommend the purchase, keep an eye on the price as it fluctuates.

One aspect we found lacking with this bed is the absence of a DIY guide. It would have been helpful to have instructions for self-assembly. However, this is a minor disappointment in an otherwise satisfactory purchase. The seller's assistance in resolving other issues overshadowed this drawback. Overall, we are content with the bed's quality and comfort, despite the missing guide.

Everything about this bed is top notch. From the quality of the wood to the carpentry to the high gloss finish and to the ease of assembly- all of it was best in class. Some people may need an instruction sheet to get the assembly done if they’re doing it on their own.

I saw the bed on Amazon and decided to buy this because it had Sheasham wood. Instead of the board wood used in the beds available in the market. I found the product quality up to the mark. I in fact assembled the bed myself. One suggestion if a assembling guide can also be added with the bed

Sheesham wood is great and the assembly is lot easier but it would be great if they placed ply wood cardboard sheet’s in fixed position, so they can’t make noises.

I am writing this review after using the bed for around a week. It is a fine bed at this price. Solidly build and good craftsmanship. Very satisfied with the quality. Also, the installation was seamless. Ganapati arts is going to be my preferred vendor on Amazon for furnitures from now onwards.
