• Regular Cleaning: Clean your furniture regularly to maintain its beauty and durability. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surfaces. Avoid using rough cloths or applying excessive pressure, as this may cause minor scratches on the wood.
• Protection from Heat and Cold: Avoid placing hot or cold items directly on furniture surfaces. Always use suitable heat-resistant mats, hot pads, or coasters to protect the wood. Extremely hot items, such as tawas or baking dishes, should never be placed on wooden surfaces, even when using a hot pad, as excessive heat may damage the finish.

Customised Orders – Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Returnable Customised Orders: All customised orders are non-returnable and are not eligible for returns or refunds once the order has been confirmed.
2. Damage During Transit: If a customised product is damaged during transit, Ganpati Arts will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and a replacement to be delivered. The replacement process will require an additional 20–25 days for manufacturing and delivery.
3. Delivery Delays & Cancellation: In the event of a delivery delay for a customised order, customers will not be eligible to cancel the order or request a refund solely due to the delay. However, Ganpati Arts will make every possible effort to ensure timely delivery and keep customers informed about the order status.
4. Warranty Claims for Customised Products: If a customer raises a valid warranty claim within the applicable warranty period, Ganpati Arts will arrange for the customised product to be picked up for inspection, repair, or replacement, as applicable. The repaired or replacement product will be delivered within the timeframe communicated by our customer support team.

Free Delivery & Assembly

Ganpati Arts provides free delivery and assembly services across India. If assembly services are unavailable at your location, we will cover reasonable assembly charges to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Note: All the necessary tools, accessories, and assembly instructions required to assemble the product are included in the package.

Our service partner will visit your location within 48 business hours of product delivery to complete the assembly process, subject to service availability in your area.

1. 36-Month Manufacturing Warranty: The product comes with a 36-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the materials used and workmanship.
2. Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover damage caused by using the product beyond its intended purpose or normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
3. Fabrics and Upholstery: Fabrics, leatherettes, and genuine leather, if used, are not covered under the above warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please refer to the product care instructions to maximise the lifespan of these materials.
4. Modifications and Alterations: Any modifications or alterations made to the product after purchase are not recommended and will void the entire warranty.
5. Fragile Items: Fragile components, such as mirrors and glass, are not covered under the above warranty. However, if a customer receives a damaged item, Ganpati Arts will assess the issue and take appropriate action, including repairing or replacing the affected product, as applicable.
6. Natural Characteristics of Solid Wood: Over time, solid wood may develop minor cracks, commonly known as wood checks. These are natural characteristics of solid wood and are not considered manufacturing defects. As they generally do not affect the structural integrity or lifespan of the product, such checks are not covered under the warranty.

3. Stringent Quality Checks: After manufacturing, every product undergoes a rigorous 3-stage quality inspection process to ensure superior craftsmanship, durability, and a hassle-free customer experience.
4. Natural Characteristics of Solid Wood: Over time, solid wood may develop minor cracks, commonly known as wood checks. Order Cancellation & Damaged Product Policy

1. Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier. A payment gateway processing fee of 2.25% will be deducted from the refund amount upon cancellation.
2. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team and raise a complaint. Our team will assess the damage and provide an appropriate resolution within 72 hours, which may include repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the damage.
