Upon waiting almost a month, the product received yesterday. I am having the following concern,* Still I didn�t receive any calls regarding installation. I arranged local carpenter to install and they charged 3500INR. And its not something a DIY product for a single person.* There is a crack near the inner thread on the Ladder part.* There is misplacement of joins in the top cot part, due to that unable to fit one screw and feeling unsteady.* Now there is another issue on the bottom cot where the incliner middle wooden piece and plywood is too shot to cover the bottom cot. Due to this, every time when we use the cot, the middle piece fell down on the floor and it is very inconvenient.Will not recommend to anyone to buy this product. Request you to get the product and money back.Update after fixing the product:Able to fix certain issues with help of local carpenter. Customer service is well ahead in evwrything and they reimbursed the half of the amount that changed for the fix cost.Recommending the product to my friends.

I recently bought this bunk bed and am very happy with it. It took about 30 days to arrive and came in two boxes with good bubble-wrapped packaging. A small piece on the edge broke during delivery, so I contacted the seller, Sawai Singh. He offered to replace the part, but since it was heavy and difficult to manage, I decided not to. Instead, the carpenter fixed it with Fevikwik.For installation, I asked the seller for help, but they didn�t have service in my area. Sawai Singh suggested I hire a local carpenter, and he paid the installation charges, which was very helpful. The carpenter assembled it well.The bunk bed itself is sturdy and feels high-quality. My kids love it! One feature I like is that it can be turned into two separate single beds if needed. I also bought two Wakefit latex mattresses (78x35 inches, 6 inches thick), which fit perfectly.Overall, I�m very happy with this bunk bed. It�s a great choice for kids and totally worth it!

I purchased a bunk bed for my daughter and I would like to share my experience.The product was delivered on time; however, one of the plyboards arrived cracked due to transportation. I immediately contacted the seller, and I must appreciate their prompt and professional response. They arranged for a replacement plyboard and ensured that it was delivered in perfect condition this time.After receiving the replacement, I contacted the seller again, and they arranged the installation, which was already included in the cost of the bed. The installation was carried out by experienced carpenters, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free.The appearance of the bunk bed is awesome and exactly as shown in the images. The wood finish looks premium and adds a very elegant touch to the room. In terms of size, the bed is very well-designed�it is spacious enough that even adults can sleep on it comfortably, which makes it very practical for long-term use.We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the wood and the overall build of the bunk bed. It feels sturdy and well-crafted. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves it�she had been dreaming about decorating her own bunk bed for months, and she couldn�t be happier!Thank you to Strata Furniture for the excellent product and outstanding customer service. I MYSELF COMPLETED THE Assembly WITH A HELP FROM A FRIEND, ACTUALLY IT WAS EASY. THE PRODUCT IS GREAT . BUT AS I PUT 4inch matress on the upper bunk, i feel like the guard rail height needs to be increased. Need assistance on this. Apart from this i am happy with the product.

The bed is beautiful and well built. The assembly service was also very convenient.I have used it for 2 months and would recommend it.There are a few areas that need improvement:The ladder steps are thin and feel sharp when climbing.Varnish/polish smell hasn't gone in 2 months.There is only 1 metal pipe support for each base, it flexes a lot when someone moves in the top berth. Should gave been 2 pipes atleast.The part that you grap while climbing feels like it would snap, should have been sturdier.Inspite of these flaws I'd say go ahead and purchase the beautiful sheesham bed.

The bunk bed is very sturdy and safe for kids, giving parents good peace of mind.Good quality material and finishing, looks durable for long-term use.

Nice wooden bunker bed. Blends with the aesthetics of the room and super useful for families 2 kids w/o much gap.Kids just luv it.And this one is useful as they grow up, since bed can serve as 2 single beds also (if needed).The quality of the product is good.The base is plywood and looks sturdy.Only improvement that can be thought is to have multiple cross bars to support the plywood. Now the plywood sits in a groove supported by single cross bars (metal).Was assembled by a professional within 2 days of delivery.

Worth buying. Product is sturdy. It is a cozy sleeping & reading place for both kids and adults. Weight restrictions are not given in the details. We have tried 80KG.
