This was our 4th purchase from Ganapati and this bed 2nd time in few months.. very sturdy and good looking. Value for money produxt.

Easy to assemble

I wanted a solid wood bed that would last a long long time. Compared to engineered wood beds, solid wood beds are durable but also heavy.One best thing about this bed is that it arrived in 2 days after ordering. Most solid wood furniture in Amazon is shipped from Churu in Rajasthan. So delivery to Delhi did not take much time.The delivery was done in two packets. One of the packets had the MDF sheets and the other the solid wood parts. If you are staying in high rise apartments, better to open the boxes on ground and carry the parts one by one. They can easily fit in a 6.5 ft lift. Probably, 2 persons should be sufficient to do this.Coming to the bed, the first time installation took around 2.5 hours. Probably because, I did not hire any one. Me and my wife did all the work. But once you have installed it, a second installation may take just and hour. The reason for the high initial time is because the parts were not numbered, so it took a lot of guess work while installing it. A manual by the manufacturer might have helped. The manufacturer has provided all the spanners and nuts for the process.Being unskilled, I can't claim that we did a splendid job in assembling it. At the end we had to let go fixing 2 bolts in the removable drawer because we could not align it properly. Although this was not much of a big deal as the bed was quite sturdy and the storage compartment was not going to be used for heavy objects. However, I suggest getting a good carpenter for installing it.The bed has great craftmanship. The finishing is good and glossy. The height of the bed is low, so a mattress of 6-8 inch thickness will be required. As with all wooden furniture, it catches dust (make sure you dust it properly before installing as it has lot of wood dust), so frequent cleaning is must.

My first online purchase of a solid wood furniture, I was worried about the quality and delivery so I contacted the seller Ganpati Arts, and Mr Prerit has taken the call, answered all my questions patiently for 2 weeks so finally I placed the order! And when I received the packages not only he arranged a carpenter for assembly, he provided the best furniture piece you could possibly have! 10/10 quality and finish, really flawless and heavy wood with mirror finish polish. The drawer has fitting issues but overall nice bed.

The package was good, delivered on time.. The ony thing I can say about the package is to pack the screws in a packed cover as they were falling down when unpacking.. I am satisfied with the furniture, however the drawers are little hard to open/close other wise all good..go for it.

Product is good, minor fitting issues I faced which is resolved

We have been using this bed for about 5 months now. We are happy with the purchase. Installation happened well and without any stress.Would have given a 5 star rating had it not been for the difficulty in pulling the drawer once filled. There is no handle to pull the drawer out, which can get challenging especially for children and people with a bad back. Two handles would have been a great help. We will have to install these ourselves at some point and maybe compromise on the beautiful look. Also the pull out drawer is not attached to the bed frame which does not make the drawer slide back in a straight line. So we need to adjust it a little after use.Would also have liked bigger wheels. The small wheels scrape the front panel on the tiles. As a result we have to slightly lift the frame and then pull or push the drawer.So handles and bigger wheels are all that are required to make the bed perfect. We have also purchased a sofa set from them a month earlier, which is also doing great. If we face any more issues as regards wood quality, we will give an update.

The Bed is made up of very good quality wood and looks very elegant and classy. Also seems durable. Packaging was excellent and had no damage. Comes in several pieces in big carton boxes and the assembly was arranged by the seller. The Seller ships and delivers very fast and was very cooperative. They customised the bed as per my request and gave a beautiful product at a much competitive price than engineered wood. Privileged to have Rajasthan sheesham thousands of kms away.

Quality best, everything is but It’s was difficult to fix without any guide book it’s my suggestion to manufacturers that put some guideline so it’s bit easy to fix

The material strength is not so greate,Front draw is not designed stirng enough, makes lots of noise while pushing the front drawCan add some strength by making the draw into two indepent units

Bed is nice. Quite strong and sturdy. Simple in design and easy to use with drawers and ample space.

Using it for more than a month now. Packaging was great and its very easy to assemble on your own. Fittings are perfect. Quality is good.After placing order i had doubt about dimension. Seller is very supportive to arrange call with product team to get it sorted and also arranged to switch model..
