Good experience

Product is as per expectation and description; however, I need some support from the carpenter who installed this. Installation was not good and I am not able to use the bed storage.

Bed frame and wood quality is good. Courier was sent safe and fast and very good cushioning provided to prevent damage to package.
But encountered many issues which were resolved by myself.
1. Assembly was not arranged by company inspite of call to them and despite assurance of callback from your team
2. Upper ply dimensions were too big for bed frame and needed to be sawed professionally by myself and on my cost.
3. Upper and lower ply board were dusty and not cleaned plus edges were sharp and not smoothened out.
4. Bed frame dimensions are not perfect and exceed tolerance limits to claimed size.
5. Ply storage needs to have hinge at middle for opening but is not provided for. This cost cutting is not good as it reduces the practicality tremendously.
Please take these points in consideration to provide good customer experience as for now I will not recommend this furniture to my friends and family.

36k mein solid wood aur itna storage milna mushkil hai aajkal. Maine doosri sites bhi check ki thi par yahan quality better lagi. Warranty card bhi saath aya tha. Good job team. ??

Sardiyon ke kambal aur extra pillows sab aa gaye box mein. Base mdf ka hai par strong lag raha hai. Headboard ka shelf bohot useful hai raat ko specs rakhne ke liye. Mummy khush hai.

Since the headboard acts as a shelf, I saved space on side tables. The bed fits snugly in my guest room. The wood color is consistent throughout. Very practical design for city homes.

Looking wise ekdum jhakaas. Storage bhi full hai. Bas dhyan rakhna ye bed kaafi heavy hai, toh jahan rakhna hai wahi assemble karwana. Baad mein hilana mushkil hoga. Overall very satisfied customer.

Phone charge pe laga ke wahi rakh deta hu headboard mein. Girne ka darr nahi. Bed kaafi spacious hai, 2 adults aur 1 child ke liye king size perfect hai. Finish glossy nahi hai, matte hai jo acha hai.

Bed bohot bhari tha aur delivery boy akela aya tha. Mujhe help karni padi uthane mein. Product 10/10 hai par delivery service sudharni chahiye. Bed assemble hone ke baad shandaar lag raha hai.

No creaking sounds, very stable. The joinery looks professional. I like that the box storage has partitions, helps organize things better. The color is slightly lighter than the photo but looks good.

I hate beds that make noise. This one is silent. The joints are fixed tight. The headboard storage is a clever touch. Just make sure you measure your mattress correctly before ordering.

Desi language mein bolu toh ekdum 'lath' palang hai. Tutega nahi salon saal. Polish ki smell thi shuru mein 2 din, fir chali gayi. Storage box mein partitions ache hain kapde rakhne ke liye.

The hinges and fittings used for the storage box seem high quality. They don't feel loose. The entire structure feels grounded and safe. Good engineering by the brand.

Bought it during a sale. For the price, the wood volume is high. It gives a warm feel to the room. The box storage is not hydraulic, so lifting the mattress is required, but space is huge.

This is my third purchase from Ganpati Arts. Quality consistency is there. This bed matches my previous bedside tables. The wood is seasoned well, haven't seen any bending or cracks in 6 months.
