Furniture Care & Maintenance Instructions
- Premium Finish: Our furniture comes with a premium-quality finish that does not require regular polishing.
- Protective Covering: We recommend using a tablecloth or a thick, high-quality protective cloth on dining tables and other furniture surfaces that are subject to frequent or heavy use.
- Regular Cleaning: Clean your furniture regularly to maintain its beauty and durability. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surfaces. Avoid using rough cloths or applying excessive pressure, as this may cause minor scratches on the wood.
- Protection from Heat and Cold: Avoid placing hot or cold items directly on furniture surfaces. Always use suitable heat-resistant mats, hot pads, or coasters to protect the wood. Extremely hot items, such as tawas or baking dishes, should never be placed on wooden surfaces, even when using a hot pad, as excessive heat may damage the finish.
Customised Orders
Customised Orders
Customised Orders – Terms & Conditions

- Damage During Transit: If a customised product is damaged during transit, Ganpati Arts will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and a replacement to be delivered. The replacement process will require an additional 20–25 days for manufacturing and delivery.
- Delivery Delays & Cancellation: In the event of a delivery delay for a customised order, customers will not be eligible to cancel the order or request a refund solely due to the delay. However, Ganpati Arts will make every possible effort to ensure timely delivery and keep customers informed about the order status.
- Warranty Claims for Customised Products: If a customer raises a valid warranty claim within the applicable warranty period, Ganpati Arts will arrange for the customised product to be picked up for inspection, repair, or replacement, as applicable. The bed is strong and price friendly. Initially a few parts were slightly damaged however the seller was prompt enough to make the replacement within 4-5 days. The replacement product ia quite good.Update: noticed few issues in finishing at some places however the it is looking stong till now.
A

P
helloGanapati Art's bed was bought through Amazon.Beautiful design, wood used well. The fitting is also perfect. Quality 👍Thanks Ganapati Art
S
The quality of the product is great. The wooden panels are of proper thickness making the bed sturdy. The design of the head and leg part is finely crafted and looks great with the house interior. I have been using the bed for the past 3months and have faced no problems. Highly recommended.
S
It is nice wide bed but will be good to have fixed hinges in the middle to open the boxes. The openers move too much sometimes that they need to be adjusted manually.Otherwise the bed seems very solid. We have used it for more than 6 months.
D
Product is good.overall nice experience staff are very coperative.
A
Bed is good but hydronic quality is not good
J
I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. Its a value for money buy for me. Since its heavy you will need 2 people to assemble it. Assembling the product is not difficult as the markings are proper.
S
It is a very good product, made of good quality materials, long lasting in nature, hence recommended for daily use
P
Good product and I am satisfied
K
Good for the cost. Packaging was good. Easy to assemble. Wood finish is good. The box covers are MDF. Overall as heavy duty package for the cost. Can improve on assembling support.
S
Overall this product is good. Minimum two people required to do assembly. No assembly instruction manual attached with package. I expected brief assembly instruction booklet with this package and will be good to save time for general buyers.
