Furniture Care & Maintenance Instructions
- Premium Finish: Our furniture comes with a premium-quality finish that does not require regular polishing.
- Protective Covering: We recommend using a tablecloth or a thick, high-quality protective cloth on dining tables and other furniture surfaces that are subject to frequent or heavy use.
- Regular Cleaning: Clean your furniture regularly to maintain its beauty and durability. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surfaces. Avoid using rough cloths or applying excessive pressure, as this may cause minor scratches on the wood.
- Protection from Heat and Cold: Avoid placing hot or cold items directly on furniture surfaces. Always use suitable heat-resistant mats, hot pads, or coasters to protect the wood. Extremely hot items, such as tawas or baking dishes, should never be placed on wooden surfaces, even when using a hot pad, as excessive heat may damage the finish.

However, Ganpati Arts will make every possible effort to ensure timely delivery and keep customers informed about the order status.
- Warranty Claims for Customised Products: If a customer raises a valid warranty claim within the applicable warranty period, Ganpati Arts will arrange for the customised product to be picked up for inspection, repair, or replacement, as applicable. Solid sheesham wood bed with box storage praised for sturdy build and "excellent value for price." Customers noted "good quality wood" and ample storage. Common concerns include alignment/fitting issues, MDF board quality (customers prefer plywood), hydraulic difficulty, and some assembly challenges. Responsive seller support mentioned frequently.
D
Highly satisfied with my purchase from Ganpati Arts! The material quality is very good, and the solid wood frame feels incredibly sturdy and durable. The box storage is highly spacious, all at a very affordable price point. I received good customer support throughout, and I am extremely satisfied with the quick and professional installation. Highly recommended!
R
Product finishing is good but due to the unevenly support of the plywood, one side i.e in head it is down compared to leg side..

The product is made of Sheesham wood as claimed by the seller. It was packed well and was delivered without any scratch. The product was delivered before the scheduled date and it was delivered on the 4th floor without any fuss. Though it was declared as DIY product by the seller, the seller arranged free installation of the product. The quality of the product is simply amazing. It is a real value for money product. It is one of the best products, I have purchased through Amazon.
