- A customer can cancel its order either within 24 hours or before item get shipped which ever is earlier. On the cancellation of order we deduct an Payment Gateway Fees that is 2.25%.
- If you receive any damaged item. Please raise an enquiry with our support team. Our team will assess the damage and will take a genuine decision within 72 hours.
- After accessing damage we will arrange reverse pickup within 15 days of return request for the damaged item and your amount will be issued within 7 days after pickup.
- Refund will be processed in the same mode of the payment which was used during making payment of order. Refund amount can take 6-7 days to be reflect in your account.
- There is no return policy for any customized order.
